Valdes also congratulated the technical team in charge of examining the technical and economic details, in coordination with the Ministry of Finance.
President Humala had previously ordered the project be reviewed in a 60-day period, Gestión reported.
During a press conference, the Prime Minister announced some adjustments had been made to the project, during the study. "With these modifications we have reached a happy agreement," he said.
