Lima Fashion Week to host over 10k visitors this week

Lima Fashion Week, and its two main events Peru Moda and Peru Gift Show, will showcase country’s clothing and décor items to the world.
According to Andina, both events will take place from April 26 to the 28th, at the Jockey Plaza Convention Center, and will host over 10 thousand visitors.
Peru Moda, currently in its fifteenth edition, will showcase clothing, footwear, jewelry, and accessories from around the country, as well as host exhibitions, seminars, and fashion shows.
Meanwhile, Peru Gift Show will bring together 112 companies, from ten of the country’s regions, working together with over 1,000 shops.
Jose Luis Silva Minister of Foreign Trade and Tourism, said Peru Gift Show was a good opportunity for Peruvian companies to reach the international market.
Silva said designers from Apurimac, Arequipa, Ayacucho, Cusco, Junin, Lambayeque, Piura, Lima, Puno, and Loreto, would be able to showcase their products to over 130 buyers, from the United States, Canada, Brazil, UK, France, Netherlands, Chile, Italy and the United Arab Emirates.
