Peru\‘s Agriculture Minister Luis Ginocchio is scheduled to meet Thursday in Paris (France) with financial institutions, including Credit Agricole, to exchange views of a future cooperation with Peru\‘s Agricultural Bank (Agrobanco).
Ginocchio is also expected to hold meetings with representatives of the French Ministry of Agriculture, and key retail chains in order to facilitate the marketing of Peruvian products, according to France\‘s Directorate General of Agronomes Veterinaires Sans Frontieres.
In addition, the city of Marseille (France) hosts from Monday until Saturday 17 the VI World Water Forum, which takes place every three years and gathers, among others, the most important officials and experts from the member countries of the United Nations (UN).
The minister\‘s trip was authorized by Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM), according to a supreme resolution published today.
The forum will also be attended by Peru\‘s Minister of Housing, Construction and Sanitation, Rene Cornejo, responding to an invitation by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), according to another supreme resolution.
